Code of Conduct

 

In Zenshin Dojo we aim to maintain the highest standards of conduct within our instructor group in line with our core values of:

 

  • Honesty

  • Integrity

  • Openness

  • Honour

  • Humility

  • Understanding

As a group practising a martial art it is fundamental that discipline is maintained at all times and examples of unacceptable behaviour would include:

 

  • Use of abusive or threatening behaviour or communication to others

  • Any act of physical violence or assault out with the dojo

 

The following guidelines give examples of the standards of behaviour that we expect in our organisation:

 

  • Treat everyone with respect

  • Be noble in defeat

  • Be considerate of others

  • Be in control of state at all times
